Our Catering and Culinary Staff will work with you to develop that special event you want at a price within your budget. We offer three banquet rooms, with formal dinner seating for up to 120. Our spectacular oceanfront bluffs can host parties of up to 200 guests with a variety of pavilion tent and seating options. Our banquet rooms offer elegant settings with spectacular views of the rugged beauty of the San Simeon coast, and our meeting rooms offer the latest in audio-video technology.

Our Professional Catering Staff will work with you to develop the perfect menu for your event. Menu favorites with our business and meeting clients include Breakfast, ranging from simple Continental fare to elaborate Brunch Buffets. Our chefs use the freshest ingredients and our coffee is freshly ground and piping hot. For Lunch, our meeting guests as well as our family guests and vacationers enjoy our specially prepared Boxed Lunches, wonderful for beach or winery picnics. Our catering staff also offers a wide menu of sit down lunches, gourmet salads and hot entrees.
For dinners, banquets, parties and wedding receptions, The Cavalier offers a wide array of menu options plus a fully staffed bar, should you desire. Choose from a menu of appetizers including Stuffed Mushrooms, Cold Shrimp and Crab Claws, Smoked Salmon Pate, and imported and domestic cheeses. For catered dinners, we offer our famous Central Coast Style Barbecue: Tri-Tip, Chicken or Ribs slowcooked on our oak pit grill. For a more formal dinner, choose from our Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef, Grilled Chicken Breast with Cilantro Lime Butter, or fresh local seafood, grilled to perfection.
