The evening begins with a personal tour of the vineyard led by Rajat Parr, founder of Parr Collective. Rajat is a James Beard Award–winning author, celebrated winemaker, and former wine director known for his influential role in the world of wine.
After the tour, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully curated Vine to Table dinner, prepared in collaboration with beloved local restaurants and paired with Parr Collective’s finest wines. The five-course meal will be served outdoors in the vineyard at a shared table—an unforgettable way to experience Cambria’s rich local flavors and make new friends.
